These Terms of Service govern your use of the Flightcraft mobile game ("the Game") developed by Stratos Labs. By installing or playing the Game, you accept these terms in full.
The Game is available to users of all ages. Users under 13 must have parental consent. By using the Game, you confirm you meet the age requirements in your country.
Flightcraft uses Google Play Games Services for sign-in, achievements, and leaderboards. Your use of Google Play Games is subject to Google's Terms of Service. You must have a valid Google Play Games account to play.
Flightcraft may offer optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove purchasable items at any time.
Flightcraft includes optional rewarded video ads. You are never required to watch ads. Ads are powered by Google AdMob and subject to Google's advertising policies.

All content in Flightcraft — including artwork, code, audio, and game design — is owned by Stratos Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Your game progress is saved to our servers via your Google Play Games account. We reserve the right to reset, modify, or delete game data at our discretion, including in cases of cheating or abuse. We are not responsible for lost progress due to device changes, account issues, or service interruptions.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any specific features will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratos Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app store listing.
